NAP Action Days

In the framework of “NAP Action Days”, on October 20th and 21st, 2020, UNEP and UNDP will be opening the dialogue between 10 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean that are currently developing their National Adaptation Plans (NAP).

The NAP projects focus on strengthening the national adaptation planning processes with resources from the Green Climate Fund. Both the United Nations Environment Programme and the United Nations Development Programme support countries in the implementation of these initiatives.

The “NAP Action Days” is an inter-agency initiative (UNEP/UNDP) that aims to promote and facilitate dialogue between the coordinating teams of these projects so that through the exchange of experiences and lessons learned, countries can generate synergies and increase efforts in their planning process for adaptation to climate change.
